We’ll tell you what we would choose in your position, and why. That might mean spending less on one part, investing more in another, or choosing exactly what you had in mind. Our advice is based on what suits you, without upselling or pressure.
We’ll explain when extra performance or capacity would help, and when you’re unlikely to notice a difference. A favourite brand, a striking case or an ambitious gaming build can matter too. We’re happy to work with your preferences.

We generally recommend established brands and components we would be comfortable choosing ourselves, including less visible parts such as the power supply. If a less familiar option would help meet your budget, we’ll discuss it with you. Your own brand preferences are welcome too.

Ask questions, adjust your preferences and choose the system you’re happy with. Once the design is agreed, we can build your computer and plan the move from your old one, including which programs, files and familiar settings you’d like to keep.

Do I need to understand computer parts?
No. Tell us what you want your computer to do in your own words. We can explain the options and recommend a system if you’d like us to.
Can I keep my programs, email and settings?
Yes. We can clone your existing computer onto your new system, preserving your installed programs, email, printer setup, files and preferences. We can do this from Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10 computers, and upgrade Windows as part of the move.
Tell us about your current computer when we discuss your new system so we can include the move in your quote.
Can I choose Intel or AMD?
Yes. We build Intel and AMD systems. We’re happy to work with your preference or discuss which available options fit your requirements.
Can I choose particular parts or supply my own?
Yes. We’re happy to discuss your preferred specifications, brands and appearance, including higher-end options. If you already have parts you’d like us to assemble, tell us what you have so we can discuss the build with you.
