Your email requirements

The maximum mailbox size is 100 GB. Quoted options need an agreed configuration and price before setup.

Annual and six-month billing use the same base rate. Any monthly-payment premium is included in the prices shown and listed in your cost breakdown.

Optional. Billed with your hosting at the same rate: A$21.00 every six months or A$42.00 annually per protected mailbox. This records a setup request; it does not activate backups or start a charge.

Starting prices; your quote confirms the configuration. All amounts include GST. Estimates apply to the selected mailbox configuration; tell us if you need a mix of sizes. We confirm the first invoice, coverage dates and renewal date before setup. Domain registration, migration and software licences are quoted separately.

Business customers’ billing aligns with the financial year ending 30 June, including monthly accounts. For monthly business billing, the first period runs from the service start date to the last day of that month; later periods follow calendar months. We confirm six-month period boundaries and renewal dates before setup. Personal and family account dates are confirmed separately.

Keep your current email service and DNS settings in place until a transition is agreed.

Personal and family domain owners are welcome. We confirm the billing dates for your circumstances before setup.
